Sleater’s Savile Row tailors is also making the suits for Tindall’s male attendants at the wedding in Edinburgh next month. “We are doing lots of rugby players, so the cloth consumption goes up and the profit margins dwindle,” says Sleater, 30.
“They have all got slight body damage on their feet and things like that. We are doing everything. Some of them can only wear lace-up shoes because of past injuries.”

The bride was escorted by her father and wore a San Patrick for Pronovias sheath gown of white silk satin with a chiffon overlay. The shoulders and deep V-neckline were embellished with white and crystal beading and small chiffon petals that traced to the ruching at the corseted bodice. The back was enhanced with a scoop chiffon cowl and ruching that flowed into a chapel length train. The bride wore a cathedral length veil over her side chignon. She wore earrings from Henri Bendel and white petal sandals by Bagdley Mischka. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangea, white peonies, white tea roses, green cabbage, purple thistle, purple artichoke and fiddle head fern. The bouquet was wrapped with her father’s bandana, burlap and lace and secured with a cameo broach from her paternal great-grandmother.
